If we introduce non-essential analytics or advertising technology, we will update this policy and provide notice or choices where required.
7. Retention
We retain order, ticket, payment-reference, refund, support, redemption, campaign-attribution, security and audit information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, reconcile transactions, protect customers and partners, comply with legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Retention varies by record type and legal requirement.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a privacy request and may retain limited information needed to document the request. Authorized agents may submit requests where applicable law permits and adequate authorization is provided.
9. Security and children
We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, tokenized guest flows, masked support data and audit records. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Innovative GiveBack ticket checkout is intended for adults or people authorized to complete the purchase. The Services are not designed to collect personal information directly from young children. A parent or guardian should complete purchases involving a child’s attendance.
