Terms of Service.

The terms for ticket purchases, guest checkout, digital tickets, customer support and public use of Innovative GiveBack.

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to InnovativeGiveBack.com, Innovative GiveBack checkout pages, order confirmations, digital tickets, ticket-support services and related public features (collectively, the “Services”). Innovative GiveBack is operated by Weber Consulting, Inc. d/b/a Innovative Marketing (“Innovative GiveBack,” “we,” “us” or “our”).

By using the Services or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and any event-, offer- or campaign-specific terms shown before purchase. If you purchase for another person, you are responsible for communicating applicable ticket and event terms to that person.

2. The ticketing and event relationship

For purchases processed through Innovative GiveBack, Innovative GiveBack Tickets is the customer-facing ticketing provider and merchant of record. We host checkout, accept payment, issue and service tickets, handle customer support and eligible refund requests, address payment disputes, track campaign attribution and provide ticket-validation capabilities.

The identified event or attraction operator is responsible for operating and fulfilling the underlying event or experience, maintaining a safe and lawful venue, communicating operational requirements, and honoring valid Innovative GiveBack tickets according to their terms. Participating community organizations may share campaign links and receive a giveback from qualifying sales, but they do not process your payment or operate the event unless the checkout expressly says otherwise.

3. Guest checkout, pricing and payment

Innovative GiveBack checkout is generally available without a customer account. You agree to provide accurate purchaser and contact information and to use a payment method you are authorized to use. The complete ticket price and any applicable fees, taxes or campaign details are displayed before you authorize payment.

An order is not complete until payment is successfully confirmed. An item placed in a cart is not reserved unless the checkout expressly says it is. We may reject or cancel an order before completion if inventory is unavailable, pricing or configuration is clearly erroneous, fraud or misuse is suspected, or the transaction cannot be lawfully processed.

4. Ticket delivery, access and redemption

After successful payment, Innovative GiveBack issues digital ticket credentials or access grants associated with the order. You are responsible for keeping confirmation links, QR codes and manual ticket codes secure. A person who obtains a valid credential may be able to use it, so do not publicly post or unnecessarily forward ticket codes.

Tickets are valid only for the event, attraction, date, window, quantity and redemption conditions shown with the offer. A ticket may be refused or invalidated if it is duplicated, refunded, reversed, canceled, charged back, altered, fraudulently obtained, already fully redeemed or used outside its allowed context.

If eligible receipt access is replaced for security or recovery, an earlier confirmation link may stop working. Contact the support method shown with the order if access is lost.

5. Event changes, cancellations and refunds

Event-specific refund and cancellation terms are shown on the applicable ticket page or during checkout. Those terms govern together with our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Innovative GiveBack receives and handles customer-facing refund requests for transactions it processes, but submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

The event operator controls event operations and may make schedule, venue, program, capacity or other changes where permitted by the applicable terms and law. Available remedies for cancellation, rescheduling or other changes depend on the terms attached to that event and offer.

6. Community campaigns

Some ticket pages are associated with a participating community organization. When a purchase is properly attributed through that organization’s campaign link and remains qualifying under the campaign terms, the organization may receive the giveback stated on that page.

A refunded, reversed, canceled or charged-back purchase does not remain a qualifying sale. Campaign details, prices and givebacks vary. See the Community Campaign Terms. A ticket purchase is not a charitable contribution and is not tax-deductible unless the checkout expressly states otherwise.

7. Acceptable use

You may use the Services only for lawful personal or authorized business purposes. You may not:

  • Use stolen payment methods or submit false purchase information.
  • Copy, forge, alter, resell or distribute ticket credentials in violation of their terms.
  • Attempt to bypass inventory, pricing, access, rate-limit, security or redemption controls.
  • Interfere with the Services or use automated means to extract data without permission.
  • Impersonate Innovative GiveBack, an event operator or a participating organization.
  • Use the Services in a manner that violates law or the rights of another person.

8. Intellectual property

The Services, Innovative GiveBack branding, software, site design and original content are owned by or licensed to Weber Consulting, Inc. Event names, photographs, logos and materials may be owned by their respective operators or licensors. These Terms grant only the limited right to use the Services for their intended purpose.

9. Service availability and allocation of responsibility

We work to provide reliable checkout, delivery, support and redemption services, but no online system is guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, each party remains responsible for the part of the experience it controls: Innovative GiveBack for its ticketing Services, the event operator for the event or attraction, and the customer for accurate information and proper use of ticket credentials.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Innovative GiveBack is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the Services, or for an event operator’s acts, omissions or operational changes. Any direct liability of Innovative GiveBack relating to a ticket order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where the law does not permit that limitation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, remedies or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These Terms are governed by applicable law, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections available in the consumer’s place of residence.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms prospectively as the Services evolve. The posted effective date will identify the current version. Terms shown and accepted at the time of a completed order continue to govern that transaction where required.
