Innovative GiveBack purchases are completed as a guest, so there is no account password to remember. Your order confirmation link is the key to your tickets.

Check your confirmation

Open the Innovative GiveBack confirmation page you received after checkout. It contains your order and valid ticket credentials.

Return to the event page

The original organization ticket page shows the event details and refund terms connected to your purchase.

Ask for secure recovery

If the confirmation link is lost, support can verify the order and replace eligible receipt access. An old link may stop working after replacement.

Protect your payment information.

Support may ask for the purchaser name, purchase email, event name or an order reference. Never send a full payment-card number or security code.

Email support@innovativegiveback.com. Including the following information helps us locate the right purchase without exposing sensitive payment details:

  • Purchaser name
  • Email used at checkout
  • Event or attraction name
  • Approximate purchase date
  • Order reference, if available

For event schedules, venue rules or day-of details, the event page or event operator will have the most current information.

Refund and cancellation terms vary by event and offer. Review the terms shown on the ticket page used for your purchase, then email support@innovativegiveback.com to submit a request. A request is reviewed under the applicable terms and is not a guarantee of a refund.

A charge you do not recognize

Your checkout receipt and order confirmation identify the payment details associated with your purchase. If the event name and card charge do not look familiar, first compare the amount and purchase date with your Innovative GiveBack confirmation.

Email support@innovativegiveback.com before opening a payment dispute when possible. We can investigate legitimate concerns, help identify a purchase and correct eligible problems. Nothing here limits any rights available through your card issuer or applicable law.
